Due to the personal nature of fragrance, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. We accept returns of unopened, unused, sealed products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued after inspection. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns

Fragrance is a personal and hygienic product.

For this reason, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

This standard ensures the integrity of every piece we offer—
untouched, uncompromised, and complete.

Unopened Products

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery
for items that remain:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Sealed and in original packaging

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event of a defect, damage, or incorrect item,
we will make it right.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery,
including proof of purchase and clear photographs.

Approved cases are eligible for replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for:

  • Approved unopened returns
  • Verified damaged or defective items

All exchanges are processed for the same product and size,
subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client,
unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Final Sale

The following items are final and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened fragrances
  • Limited editions
  • Personalized products
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Gift cards

These conditions are clearly indicated at purchase.
