Placing an Order
Orders on LibCity.org may be completed using a wide selection of secure payment methods and delivery options.
You may choose delivery to:
- A private address, or
- One of our Lib City boutiques (coming soon)
Each order is prepared with care to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. If you would like personalized guidance, our Client Services team and Lib City Style Advisors are available to assist you.
For added convenience, you may request a secure payment link sent directly to your email. Payment can then be completed in one click, safely and effortlessly.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an online order is confirmed, preparation begins promptly to ensure timely delivery.
- Standard items may be cancelled only before the parcel is prepared for shipment.
- Custom or personalized items, created exclusively for you, may only be cancelled if production has not yet begun.
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact Client Services. Our team will be pleased to assist and confirm whether changes are still possible.
If cancellation is no longer feasible, standard items may be eligible for return or exchange. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are not eligible for returns or exchanges, in accordance with hygiene and craftsmanship standards.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you may follow each step of its journey—from preparation to delivery—through the Client Services area.
Registered clients will also find real-time updates within their Lib City account.
You will receive notifications via:

- Shipping Confirmation email

Can I place a pre-order?
Yes. Selected items on LibCity.org may be reserved in advance.
Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page. Depending on your chosen payment method, charges will be applied either:
- At the time of order confirmation, or
- At the time of shipment
You will be notified by email as each item ships.
Sending a Gift
Lib City fragrances make a considered and elegant gift.
You may send an order directly to the recipient of your choice. Each gift includes:
- A gift card with your personal message, entered at checkout
- A mini customizable gift card
The purchaser will receive an electronic receipt, while the recipient receives a physical gift receipt without pricing.
Packaging
All Lib City orders are presented in our standard sustainable and recyclable packaging, designed to protect the fragrance while reflecting our values of care and responsibility.
