Accepted Payment Methods

Lib City offers a curated selection of secure and trusted payment options, designed to ensure a seamless and refined checkout experience.

We accept:

  • All major credit cards, including American Express, China Union Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa
  • Selected digital and mobile payment methods, including Affirm, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, and WeChat Pay

To ensure successful processing, the billing address must match the address registered with your payment provider.

Available payment methods may vary depending on location and order value. We invite you to review the options displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

Payment Authorization & Charges

Depending on the selected payment method:

  • The full amount may be charged at the time of order confirmation, or
  • A pre-authorization may be placed, with the final charge applied once items are prepared for shipment

For payment methods requiring pre-authorization, each item is charged only when it is ready to be dispatched.

Please note that personalized or custom-created items are charged in full at checkout.

My Payment Was Not Accepted. What Should I Do?

If your payment is not accepted, we recommend:

  • Verifying that all checkout details are entered correctly
  • Contacting your bank or payment provider, as transactions may occasionally be restricted for security reasons

At this time, only one payment method may be used per order.

Taxes & Invoicing

Sales Tax is applied to orders shipped within the United States of America, in accordance with current State regulations. All applicable tax details will be clearly displayed at checkout and included in your invoice.

Invoices can be issued exclusively to private individuals.
