Our junior fragrances are composed to be light, balanced, and appropriate —
introducing scent as a refined, age-aware experience.

Below are responses to common questions from parents and guardians.

Are Lib City junior fragrances suitable for children?

Yes.

Each composition is developed with carefully selected materials and a controlled structure — ensuring comfort, subtlety, and ease of wear for younger users.

As with all fine fragrance, we recommend moderate application and considered placement, preferably on clothing or lightly on pulse points.

Why are there no sample or miniature sizes?

Each Lib City fragrance is presented as a complete composition.

To maintain consistency, hygiene, and the integrity of the scent, we do not offer sample or shared-use formats.

Our 30 mL size is designed as a considered introduction — allowing discovery while preserving the intended experience.

Can opened products be returned?

Fragrance is a personal and hygienic product.

For this reason, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

We encourage a thoughtful selection — approached with the same care as choosing a garment or personal accessory.

How should junior fragrances be applied?

For younger wearers:

• One light spray only
• Apply to clothing, or lightly to pulse points
• Avoid face and sensitive areas
• Use under adult guidance

Fragrance should remain soft, controlled, and unobtrusive.

Are Lib City fragrances tested on animals?

No.

Our approach is guided by responsibility, respect, and considered practice.

How should fragrances be stored?

To preserve quality:

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat
• Keep under adult supervision for younger users

Proper storage maintains both the composition and its performance over time.

The Lab

Lib City - Fragrance Laboratory

Fort Myers, Florida

Every Lib City fragrance is crafted in our laboratory studio in Fort Myers, Florida, where traditional perfumery meets modern quality standards.

Our laboratory is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has been assigned a Facility Establishment Identifier (FEI), recognizing our cosmetic manufacturing facility. Every fragrance is made with ingredients that comply with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards—the world's leading safety guidelines for perfume ingredients.


Behind every bottle are experienced hands, traditional perfumery methods, and a savoir-faire inspired by the fragrance heritage of Southern France. From weighing each raw material to blending, maturation, filtration, bottling, and final inspection, every step is carried out with care, precision, and respect for the craft.

Rather than producing perfume on a large industrial scale, we create in small batches, allowing every fragrance to receive the attention and consistency it deserves.

David R. brings more than three decades of experience in communications, marketing, and business development to Lib City. Throughout his career, he has helped build brands, create meaningful partnerships, and develop premium experiences across broadcasting, professional sports, and higher education.

Growing up in a family of athletes, engineers, and explorers, David developed an early appreciation for discipline, curiosity, and craftsmanship. Those values continue to guide his work today.

As Managing Partner, David leads Lib City's communications, business development, and strategic partnerships. Working alongside Libby, he helps transform creative ideas into a brand that reflects authenticity, elegance, and lasting value.

He believes that luxury is never defined by a product alone, but by the trust it earns, the stories it tells, and the memories it creates. That philosophy continues to shape every relationship and every experience shared by Lib City.

The Nose

Perfumer

Libby N. began her creative journey in fashion, where she was educated in France before presenting her work in Paris, London, and New York. After more than fifteen years in fashion, she devoted her creative focus entirely to perfumery.

Born in Vietnam's Mekong Delta, she grew up surrounded by the scents of rivers, tropical flowers, forests, and everyday life—an early connection to nature that continues to inspire every fragrance she creates.

"I can close my eyes, but I can't close my nose."

As a child, she dreamed of becoming a detective. Today, that same curiosity guides her work as a perfumer—exploring every ingredient, understanding its origin, and discovering how nature can be transformed into emotion.

Her journey led her to Southern France, where she immersed herself in the traditional savoir-faire of perfumery. There, she learned that exceptional fragrance is shaped by patience, craftsmanship, and respect for nature.

For Libby, nature has always been the greatest perfumer. Her role is simply to listen, interpret, and capture its beauty in a bottle.

At Lib City, she creates original fragrances using carefully selected ingredients, refusing shortcuts, imitation, or fleeting trends. Every bottle is composed to capture places, memories, and emotions—crafted as a wearable piece of art.
