At Lib City, delivery is considered an extension of the fragrance experience. Each order is prepared with care and dispatched with precision to ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Options & Timelines

Express Delivery — Complimentary

Delivery within 1 to 4 working days from the Shipping Confirmation email.

Order preparation requires 1 working day prior to dispatch.
Certain locations may require an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.

Next Day Delivery — Available Upon Request

Delivery on the next working day for orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM (EST).

Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
Please contact Client Services for availability and details.

Saturday Delivery — Available Upon Request

Delivery on Saturday for orders placed by 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday.

Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following Saturday.
Please contact Client Services to arrange this service.

Same Day Delivery — Available Upon Request

Delivery on the same day for orders placed by 2:00 PM (EST).

Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next working day.
Availability is subject to location. Please contact Client Services for assistance.

International Delivery — Available Upon Request

International delivery options may be available depending on destination and product type.

Useful Information

Working days are Monday through Friday. Our Distribution Center is closed on national holidays, including:

January 1
February 17
May 26
July 4
September 1
November 27
December 24, 25, and 31

We kindly encourage you to plan purchases accordingly, as orders are not prepared or delivered on these dates.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by unseasonable weather or natural events beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

Available delivery destinations can be selected at checkout by choosing “Ship to”.

LibCity.org does not ship to:

  • General Delivery addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO / FPO addresses
  • U.S. Territories

The delivery country must correspond to the country site selected at the time of purchase.

Please note that certain items, including fragrances, may be subject to shipping restrictions in specific regions. Eligibility can be confirmed at checkout.

Signature Upon Delivery

For security and quality assurance, a signature may be required upon delivery.

If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times, typically on consecutive working days.

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be automatically returned to Lib City.
